Wow, just wow is the only way to describe this place. From the minute we stepped off the coach and was welcomed by the lovely receptionist (sorry I can’t remember her name) she came out, helped with cases and showed us to our room and then where all the facilities were. The room was fine, a 2 bed duplex which was a little older than the new block but more than adequate for our needs, 2 bathrooms and really good a/c. But to be honest the rooms aren’t what make this place what it is, it’s the people. Everyone from the cleaners, to reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff are firstly always so happy and cheerful, but they literally can’t do enough for you. We needed extra pillows, I asked at reception and within 5 minutes they were there. One day I saw a member of staff carrying a bundle of coat hangers to a room as obviously someone needed more…nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Nikos and Savva at the pool bar, 2 very funny and interesting men who make amazing cocktails. All the staff have a saying here” we don’t say goodbye, we say see you soon” and you will, we will be back next year I guarantee. Thank you for making our holiday so remarkable.
