Good hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Getting to the Taj Mahal and the Fort requires a car; it would take too long to walk.

We ha ve been in other 5 stars hotel in India and only this one was a real 5 stars hotel! Structure clean and well kept (not old). Swimming pool very nice. Service nice. The room was big and with good bed and pillows. The bathroom also big.

Great stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.

This hotel offers reliable service, but I was quite concerned about the number of flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant during meals. While the front desk staff were fine, I couldn't understand a word the waiter said due to his very strong accent. He then gave me a look of annoyance, as if it was my fault for not understanding, which was quite rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our vacation was unforgettable. There were a few minor downsides, but we didn't pay them any mind. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The pool was great and warm. I especially want to highlight the breakfast and dinner buffets – they were magnificent. We had a fantastic time at Marriott Arghe and will definitely be back!
