The stay was at a good location, near to all the “places to visit” and of-course taj. Also if someone wants to commute using metro, hotel is just 2 mins walking distance from the metro station. However, the hotel staff could be more polite, they were not very accomadating for some of our request. Also the lift broke down at night and we had our room at the top floor, although its ok for us but for elders it could be a big issue. Overall nice stay but expected more out of sarovar.

Location is quite close to taj mahal. Food is really nice, but pool area is quite small in comparison to other sarovar properties. And the are no windows in any of the room, no ventilation whatsoever

Worst room service and customer service desk. Not providing gst signed bill. Delay in providing general food order approx taken 1 hour for simple orders.

Clean rooms, excellent food and a warm staff with lovely service. Had a vegetarian burger ordered via room service which was amazing. Left to visit the fort the day of the check out for 4 hours and had a heart warming gesture from the front office staff to take care of our belongings. Kudos!

Very good hotel, neat and clean, the staff is also very professional. I ordered dinner and lunch and its very delicious and fresh. Moreover its very calm and silent place you can easily concentrate on your work. If next time i will visit agra i will again book this hotel only. Superb highly recommended.

Property is very close to taj east gate, which gives it an advantage. Rooms were clean, well thought of and staff was very helpful. Their breakfast spread was also good, with wide variety of options for both veg and nonveg. Nearby also you have many food options such as haldiram, bercos to name a few
