Hotel Taj Heights

After staying at this hotel, I have serious doubt about those who left the review. Cityview... first room cityview was wall of next building fully covering the windows and within 30 cm reach. 2nd room was much better because the wall of the building was still blocking all the view but it was out of reach. Shower no warm water, reported it and he answered with give me 30 min, after that i never heard anything back. On second day i reported it again, the repair was someone who walked with me to the room to ascertain the issue, then called the servicedesk. After that all I got the folllowing...wait for 2 or 5 of 10 minutes.... I did and unfortunately still no warm water. The sink was also broken. In the room I also smelled some smoke, I don't think the ventilation of hotel is working properly. Bedsheets are probably not properly cleaned, cause there were some stain and bit yellowish.

That's a good hotel and good for visit .the Hotel has Good service for everything . It has 4 flours and all the flours has a luxurious room.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No proper service, worst management. Only staff boys and dining area boys need Tip, nothing else. And no hot water, AC is worst. Pathetic environment. I would urge everyone please don't book this hotel at all. Staff people comes to your room for any problem at any odd time which is not at all a good hospitality and ambience worst. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Stay was remarkable and this hotel is just awesome with everything prefect like reception ambience and good hospitality staff very helpful and smooth check in process . Food at the ground floor area restaurant Is just awesome . Yummy delicious meals “Yeh dil mange more “ staff again was very good and all the chefs personally greets each guests about the service and the meals . Live pasta and dosa and omelettes counter specially catering the client taste . Would recommend couples and families to visit this hotel and make their memories over meals
