Not what the websites make it out to be. Food was stone cold every night, no choice, nothing for children to eat. Desserts were whatever was not eaten from the night before but basically the same every single night. Pools were freezing so all the children were basically in the jacuzzi as it was the only heated bit. No inflatables were allowed in the pool but the hotel shop sold them… go figure! Flys constantly around you everywhere. Staff in the restaurant were rude all the time and constantly had to clear your own plates if you wanted any space on your table. Kids disco was poor at best, 5 songs and then it’s done. The animation team would walk round the pool daily but clearly only invited Spanish children to join in probably for ease as majority of the staff could not speak English or French very well at all. Room was ok, maids came every day but only made the beds and didn’t actually clean the room. Absolutely nothing around the hotel to do, little restaurants when we tried to get some hot food and the beach has no chairs/loungers for hire so you need to take all your own things. Absolutely won’t be visiting again.

Impressed from Day 1 with staff efficiency at this hotel. Arrived at approx 11pm and we were warmly greeted by Rosa (on reception) who informed us that our request for a room with a seaview and afternoon sun had been granted. Surprisingly the restaurant had stayed open to feed late arrivals which was an unexpected bonus. Room 828 was a little dated but what it lacked in modern decor was made up for in cleanliness. Similarly, the dining room was immaculately kept thanks to the hardworking staff. We never had to wait for a clean table and there was a decent variety of food on offer for breakfast and evening meal I like my food piping hot so just popped it in the microwave when necessary. Another positive was there were always free sunbeds anytime of the day. Entertainment was mainly low key (which suits us anyway). Enjoyed live singers 2 nights. There was also a bit of karaoke and quizzes going on if that was to your taste. One tiny improvement that would be beneficial for English tourists would be an information pack in the room. We weren't aware of some facilities/services until later in the week such as pool towels provided at reception. More information on the resort would also be useful. A nice hotel which we found to be spotless. Very nice rooms, there were 4 of us and we all had our own rooms. The food could be better and hotter, not that impressed with it at all. In fact dinning room was like a canteen. Geared very much towards families. No real entertainment for the older generation. Enjoyed it for the week we were there but wouldn't want to return. Definitely an adult only hotel next time we go on holiday.

This hotel promotes a well being and friendlyness, second to none. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Staff go above and beyond to look after you.. We always feel safe comfortable and well looked after. Food choice and quality is so to our liking,

A lovely hotel with brilliant facilities, but most of all the staff seem genuinely happy, friendly and helpful. The bar prices are very good vaule for money, and they do tapas and pastries too. The room was large, lovely and clean. The outdoor pool is beautiful, with chilled out sun worship areas, and water slides etc for the kids...

We stayed here for a week in October with 3 children, aged 7,5 and 2. We booked through jet2 believing it would be a family friendly hotel.. firstly I want to say the room was lovely, it was clean and spacious and the beds were made daily by housekeeping so I can’t fault the room. However, as the pools were freezing cold, most of the children around the pool were in the jacuzzi, which they all seemed to love, but then the Spanish would complain they were getting splashed or would complain about them having any form of floats.. however when the you do Spanish children used rubber rings down the slide the life guard didn’t say anything to them. I have seen management reply to comments on here saying they have an extensive programme for kids.. no they do not..we didn’t get asked once in an entire week to join in any activities .. but we saw Spanish children get asked when and if they did any . We went in the indoor pool for some heat.. and yet again the Spanish complained about kids and being splashed.. yet proceeded to get out of the pool!! It was pick and choose with the life guard if you were allowed floats.. and apparently you are not even though the shop sells them and are happy to take your money. The kids disco literally lasted 15 mins and was no effort put in to it what so ever, although advertised for 45, the entertainment on an evening was awful, the dance evening was just the entertainer and one Spanish lady, no one else got asked. I will say our last evening on the Friday they had an external band which was brill and our best evening. Then there was the food.. there was nothing child friendly apart from chips and plain pasta, the food was cold most evenings and was so repetitive, I waited a good 15 mins ones morning for an millerite as the woman was just on her phone. Some of the male staff in the restaurant were lovely and helpful with drinks but there was a woman waitress who was so miserable! The lady who worked behind the bar upstairs was very nice, always happy and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach which is nice to walk over. Although there are slides, we did NOT Feel this hotel really wanted children there and it’s safe to say we won’t be staying again.

A great place to relax, have fun and soak up the sun. All the staff were more than helpful, from maids to reception, bar and resteraunt. Aguadulce as plenty of surounding places to visit , the hotel being excellently placed. Pools are brilliant for children with lifeguards on duty in season.

On Arrival we were offered a room upgrade at a very low rate to a themed family room with 2 bathrooms, and greeted by very friendly front desk staff, we went bed and breakfast only for 7 nights, the Hotel was fantastic, really clean, and breakfast had a really good choice. The only negative about my stay is I’m an early bird, and like my coffee first thing in a morning. And there were no coffee making facilities in the room.
