The service was great. Onsite staff were excellent though they were very slow to answer prior to arrival. This location is on the upper end of town so it’s a bit of a climb. The room and accommodations were great. Good value. Would recommend.

Basic room and simple breakfast, walkable to train station, okay for a night’s stay.

Very laid back place, rooms are a good value, customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. A very chill place to stay.

Good stay

The boss was very welcoming and gave us the largest room in the hotel with three beds. The whole hotel is actually what we call a private house modification in China, but the whole Reshui Town is basically the same. This one is by the river, and it is a bit noisy at night. The bath water is quite hot, and the quilt in the room is a bit damp. But the price is there, it is not a problem to stay for one night.

We arrived at 21:00, but the room was not ready and we waited 30 minutes. The bed linen was damp.

Great service. The staff is very friendly. We booked a room with breakfast. They had us ready at 5:00 a.m. since we had booked for Machu Picchu at 6:00 a.m.

The location is great, next to the mountain spring, and the service is great. The breakfast was okay, with freshly squeezed juice, scrambled eggs, etc. The waiters were also very nice. It was very close to the bus stop, only a 5-minute walk away.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is average, and there are many bugs, it is OK to stay for one night. It's not far from the bus station and train station, and it's convenient to eat nearby.
