Location is good, since the town is so small. Hotel and room look new, maybe is the new hotel. Recommend to stay if you come visit Machu Picchu.

Asked to check in early (less than an hour) and was charged 135 USD, 15$ less than the entire rest of my reservation (3 nights), WILD. Staff are friendly, and the place is clean. Don't forget to leave your key at the desk when you go out otherwise you won't get your room serviced (was not told this so no freshened room). It's a bit out of the way, so be prepared for a climb up the main road, pictured below. Overall a 3.5.

Well located hotel and within short walking distance to both the train station from Cusco and the bus stop to Machu Picchu. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. The downside is the cleanliness...

When I arrived there was no one at the reception, I had to look for people floor by floor to check in. At night, noise from the room next to mine can be heard clearly. In the early morning, there were people arguing and crying down the building. I just don’t know where to start, but too much noise.

A wonderful place. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly.

GOOD STAY

We stayed two nights in a standard twin room. The hotel is located in an alley next to the train station, very close to the bus stop. The room size was just right for two people. The windows provided good soundproofing, and the room and bedding were clean. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, but there was no mat provided in the shower, making the floor slippery and easy to fall on after showering. However, the water temperature in the shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water pressure. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer were provided! The internet was excellent and fast. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, a wonderful and thoughtful service.

It was a wonderful hotel. It was close to the train station and bus stop, they held our luggage for us, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and stylish, and I highly recommend it.

I made a reservation because I heard the breakfast was good. However, the breakfast was not good at all. There was little variety. There wasn't even sausage. It was just bread, cornflakes, fruit, ham and cheese. The orange juice had an unnatural taste. The bread was bland and dry. Hot water was available, but it took a long time. There were good food stalls and hamburger places nearby, so I had breakfast there on the second day.

I asked about various things, such as what to do when PeruRail was stopped, how to get same-day tickets for Machu Picchu, and many other things, and they answered all of them carefully! Thanks to them, I was able to proceed with my trip without any problems. I didn't catch their name, but I'm very grateful to the receptionist! If I go to Machu Picchu again, I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are well-cleaned. There is an elevator, so it's no problem to stay on the second floor or higher. We stayed for two nights, and since we left the hotel at 5am on both the second and third days to enter Machu Picchu, they prepared a breakfast box for us every morning instead of breakfast. It was also very filling, with mandarin oranges, bananas, apples, cheese and ham sandwiches, chocolate, and water, so we were able to get plenty of nutrition in the morning. They also left our luggage after we checked out, so we were able to take our time shopping at the nearby market before departing. I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is located on Hengjie Street, not far from the train station and within walking distance. The breakfast was also satisfactory, and the service attitude of the staff was satisfactory. The facilities in the room are simple and there are many restaurants nearby.

I stayed for two nights to visit Machu Picchu. The location was great, and I had no trouble with sightseeing or shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. If you're looking for a hotel for your Machu Picchu trip, I think this hotel is a safe bet.
