Todo bien excepto que no te quieran dar servicio de café y agua por tu estancia completa y solo la primera noche. Cobran todo debería estar contemplado en el precio

Nice Rooms, Clean, convenient and great location.
Negative:
Front desk does not answer thr phone essily
My room dis not have hand soap, and shapoo, tehy never send it, I had to go to look for them

the room is side of transit road.
so I ask to move in other side but the frent desk denied my request with the pretext of the reservation.
so I can’t sleep and cancel a futur stay in this same hotel
