It was a complete disaster. I rented this room because it had a pool, and only after arriving did they inform me that I had to pay 30 euros to use it. Breakfast, another 20 euros—a real exasperation. But the worst part was the elevator breaking down. I had to go up and down the stairs with suitcases, strollers, and a 10-month-old baby in my arms. And on top of that, with my recently operated wrist. It was a huge effort, completely unnecessary, and honestly, I haven't even been able to go to the hospital to see what's going on. It was a frustrating, exhausting experience, and far below my expectations. I hope they take some responsibility for this. Best regards,

Hotel with excellent rooms, great food and very good service, especially the very attentive young people, such as Joana and Bárbara at the reception. In the restaurant: Beatriz, Daniela, Bruno and Paulo. I had the opportunity to talk to them and they were always very helpful. The hotel has a great spa, the only thing it loses out on is that it is outside and there is no gym. Another thing I found good was the bathroom, with a shower and very modern.

I really like the hotel, super comfortable, nice, clean. The only negative detail is that they ask you to bring a swimming cap to use the pool, I'm not saying it's bad, but who brings a swimming cap when travelling? Otherwise everything is very nice... Very attentive and friendly those who serve at reception
