Novotel Ahmedabad

The hotel is at a great location on a vital highway between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Rooms are decent sized. Not sprawling, but comfortable nevertheless. The breakfast spread was decent. The coffee shop at the breakfast station serves great coffees. A special mention to the housekeeping services who ensured my room was cleaned and stocked each day. It means a lot to return to a well made bed and a room that's clean. Check in and check out were a breeze.

stayed at Novotel Ahmedabad for three nights during a business trip and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in a convenient central area of the city. The room was spacious, well maintained, and clean. All the amenities I needed were readily available. The service was consistently good. I ordered in-room dining twice, and the food quality was better than expected, with a good variety of options and generous portions. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with virtually everything you could want available. There is a wide selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring something for every taste. The only downside is that the breakfast area can become very crowded, especially during peak hours, and the overall setup can feel a little chaotic at times. The gym is well maintained and equipped with a great variety of machines. As someone who exercises regularly while traveling, I appreciated being able to use it every day without feeling limited by the facilities. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it appears to be well looked after and provides a pleasant option for relaxing after a busy day.

It was my second time stay at this hotel, the room is very nice and comfortable.

The room was terrible , Old , and the whole experience felt like 2010. Food was the only good thing. The light was old , inadequate and not working . The Television had a problem. The room had a weird smell. The room was extremely congested. 

I was greeted and offered lunch due to the delayed checkin, although I didn't feel it was delayed. So, excellent proactive customer care. Excellent food and staff overall and modern facilities. The rooms are huge and very spacious and have everything you need. The kitchen chef always checked if the food was ok and if I needed anything else, every day. The tea staff made excellent masla tea and I couldn't help visiting the restaurant just to get more of it. I would say this is the best hotel that I have stayed in, and I visit India very often. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again very soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home. I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Even though it was a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi in the room was so poor that it was difficult to hold remote meetings.
