Amazing holiday made very welcome, very clean and all the facilities we needed, a special mention to Anand who went out of his way to assist me as I was not well, a great reflection for amazing customer service, an asset to ITC, I would recommend the hotel to everyone

Lovely hotel with good spacious rooms. Was perfect for our families to stay there whilst in Ahmedabad for a family wedding. All the staff were lovely and so accomodating and helpful. The beds are huge and super comfortable.The only negative thing i would say is that they need to improve their Indian masala chai as that didnt quite hot the spot. Overall an amazing experience and would defo stay there again and reccomend.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

Hotel makes big deal with Duty free liquor.. so obtain a signed n sealed permit before you visit this hotel. Very poor service from checkin to housekeeping. Adajaj cafe food is below average with some flashes of excellence at live stations but service was good n good hostess

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!
