A truly unforgettable stay at Stella Grand Hotel! This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed! The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy. And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Thank you, Stella Grand, for making our family holiday so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed for two nights at Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel and paid around 800 SAR, but the experience was absolutely disastrous: • No staff at the reception and no assistance at all for guests. • No one provides any basic information about restaurant timings or services. • Breakfast was total chaos – waiters literally told me: “Find a table by yourself.” • The room is extremely old, and the in-room phone is yellowed and completely unusable. • Worst of all: even when I called the hotel from my mobile phone to file a complaint, staff answered, said “we’ll transfer you,” then hung up on me several times. This hotel does not deserve even one star. Terrible service, outdated facilities, and disrespectful staff. I strongly advise against booking this property. أقمت يومين في Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel ودَفعت ما يقارب 800 ريال، وكانت التجربة كارثية: • لا يوجد موظفون في الاستقبال أو أي مساعدة للضيوف. • لا أحد يقدّم أي معلومات عن مواعيد المطعم أو الخدمات. • الإفطار فوضى تامة، والجرسونات قالوا لي حرفيًا: “ابحثي بنفسك عن طاولة”! • الغرفة قديمة جدًا، والهاتف داخلها مصفرّ وغير صالح للاستعمال. • والأسوأ: حتى عندما اتصلت من هاتفي المحمول على الفندق لأشتكي، الموظفون يردون ثم يقولون “نحوّلك” ويغلقون السماعة في وجهي أكثر من مرة. هذا الفندق لا يستحق حتى نجمة واحدة. الخدمة سيئة، المرافق قديمة، والمعاملة غير محترمة. لا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز هنا إطلاقًا.

The rooms offered were not as advertised. The rooms were small, old and had many broken items. The safe,sink,aircon, and TV either did not work or did not work well during our stay. The buffet restaurant made our child ill and we checked out a day early just to get out of that place.

The hotel needs renovation and food quality needs improvement, in addition to, there were no variety at all for the drinks menu on the beach , the pool and the lobby. When we ask even for hot drinks nothing except black tea , anise and coffee , and for fresh juices 2 or three items and that is it .

I booked a family room with double bed&single bed , when I checked in at 4pm the single bed wasn’t there , I had to wait awhile for it , and the mini bar was completely off , they replaced it but it didn’t work properly, they replaced it again and the maintenance guy wasn’t happy and he banged the door , thanks to MR MINA the front office manager who sorted this straight away, breakfast & dinner same menu every day with a minimal difference for dinner , don’t know why , the chef can do many different varieties with the same ingredients ( in case he says there is a limit on food cost ) , the room doesn’t get cleaned properly, the corners in toilet full of dust and hair from previous guests, setting up a table in the restaurant are not professional, I had to get up to get napkins or spoons or forks because there was no one there to ask , some of the staff have a bad attitude, reception staff are helpful, I think u can do a much better turn over IF YOU HAVE AQUA PARK its great for families Not sure if I will return, I might give you another chance Thanks
