Convenient & nearby to Halal Park KEDAH where i visited my principle's factory... Breakfast was delicious...

As room rate upto RM150, the room was too bad, bed sheet was durty. No water boiler, no hair blower. It is not recommanded.

The hotel is near a busy road, no sound proof windows. There are few shops along the hotel, Nasi Kandar Restaurant, 99 Mart, Clinic, Pharmacy and DIY shop.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Book for japanese room but too small. Then ask to change to deluxe double room which is more comfortable. The price for both room same. As usual clean room, bathroom and good wifi. Breakfast also same like i stayed before nasi lemak, roti bakar, half boil egg , coffee and tea. This hotel is walkable to nasi kandar hussein and mart.
