They are good apartments with wide divisions and kitchen. The cleaning is very good and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, super central and close to everything. The staff is sympathetic and attentive. I recommend.

The hotel is excellent, very new. When arrived in the room there was a dish with fresh fruit, it is great to have healthy options, instead of typical pompons. The super comfortable beds, and have a cocktail letter. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We will repeat safe ☺️

Very very good hotel, we drove from Porto to here, the whole journey is about 80 kilometers, the scenery along the way is very beautiful. The hotel is quiet, the service is quite good, and you can taste various wines for free when you check in. The environment of the hotel is great. Breakfast and dinner are also great. The family of three has been driving in West Portugal for more than a month, and his wife and children feel that this hotel is the most comfortable.

El hotel esta bastante bien aunque en nuestro caso tenemos un ”pero” que detallaré a continuación. Hicimos la reserva por booking y se ve que por algún error mío solo indiqué que éramos 2 adultos y 1 niño, cuando en realidad éramos 2 adultos, 1 niño y 1 bebe de 4 meses... juraría haber seleccionado todo eso en booking, pero bueno... además en peticiones había puesto ”cuna extra” y ”cama supletoria” (las cuales constan en la reserva de booking)... pero al llegar al hotel nos habían asignado una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama (cama supletoria extra)... a lo cual yo les pregunté si podría tener cuna en la habitación y me dijeron que en esa habitación no se podía meter una cuna porque era muy pequeña. Ese es mi pero... no me sugirieron moverme a otra habitación, no se si es que el hotel estaba completo, pero no me dieron mas opción que ”buscate la vida”. Una vez en la habitación yo creo que si se podía haber metido una cuna, había algo de sitio y nos hubiese facilitado la estancia. Y ni siquiera me la ofrecieron aunque sea por intentarlo... Luego a modo de favor, me dijeron, que como el bebe era muy pequeño no me cobrarían el extra... a mi esto me da absolutamente igual. Porque yo si tengo que pagar lo pago, que para eso mi idea era contratar una habitación para 2 adultos, 1 niño y 1 bebe.... Lo que me molestó fue que la chica de recepción ni siquiera hiciera el esfuerzo por gestionar la cuna. Al final apañamos durmiendo con el bebe en la cama doble (que era de 1,50m). Cambiando de tema, el desayuno esta muy bueno y es recomendable, el personal de la zona de desayuno es muy amable y muy atento. Me sorprendió que tuviesen fresas, arándanos... Sobre la piscina exterior, decir que es pequeña, pero esta bastante bien, aunque tienen muchas tumbonas, nosotros no dimos cogido ninguna.... nos toco en el suelo, pero bueno, para estar un rato tampoco esta tan mal, es césped artificial. Si vas con niños que no saben nadar recomendado chaleco o similar. Sobre el SPA... te requieren un gorro y chanclas... el resto te lo dan ellos. El gorro te lo cobran a 6€ sino tienes.... Compramos 3 pero solo usamos 1... porque al final mi mujer y mi hijo no llegaron a ir... pero no devuelven el dinero. Los asumo, pero espero que otras personas no cometan el mismo error. Algún chorro del spa no funcionaba, y por el resto es un spa muy normalito. Ideal para relaj**** un poco. Los niños solo pueden ir al SPA en un horario especifico. Cuidado con eso. Sobre la localización, se puede decir que esta muy cerca del Magikland por si teneis pensado ir.
