Niko Ryokan

Old. Average. But the hot springs are great. I was worried about the temperature outside even in winter, but the old house was warm with a stove and a kotatsu. I left the house in the morning. The owner has traveled all over the world, which was amazing.

ツーリングの宿として利用しました。旅館はかなり古いですが、懐かしさを感じます。部屋に入ってこたつに入ってテレビを見ていたら、とってもくつろげました。 宿の温泉は、しっかり熱くていいお湯でした。 近くに観光名所もあり、アクセスもよいとおもいます。 なお、宿の前の松本家という和菓子屋は、お土産におすすめですよ。

This is a hot spring inn in Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. It is about a 5-minute walk from Higashiyama Onsen Bus Station. It looks like a guesthouse, and the entrance area is quite rundown. I used it for a day trip. There are separate bathrooms for men and women, but the women's bath is larger and more comfortable. The hot spring is a free-flowing spring, and the hot spring water bubbles up from the spout. It is thick and hot. The hot spring is very good. The bathing fee is 400 yen.
