Room air cond is not cold even I try to set it many times. I request to change room at 12am and staff is friendly to assist us to change another room. Location is good with parking. Buffet with many varieties.

Very comfortable stay which included a dinner and breakfast buffet both of which were abundant and varied, a mix of western and japanese. All you could eat, which was excellent. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The onsen was amazing! The hotel isn't close to the train station but manageable by bus.

Hotel is super spacious! Breakfast and dinner were amazing! Staffs were incredible! Would definitely stay again in this chain! Very good service. Carpark attendant was top notched

Room: The room was spacious and clean. I especially appreciated the heated floors! Parking: There are two parking options: one on-site and another at Aizubukeyashiki, with a convenient shuttle bus provided for the latter. Food: The food was excellent, with a great variety of local dishes to sample. View: Our room overlooked a graveyard, so there wasn't much of a scenic view. Onsen: The view of the night sky from the onsen was absolutely stunning.

Facilities were well maintained, has an outdoor onsen which is really nice From 9-11pm, there's a night lounge with free drinks too, but it is not available everyday

Good food and service. Excellent onsen and meal. I will come here again.
