This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was planning to visit Izasumi Shrine.
The hotel was smooth from pick-up upon arrival to check-in, and they even offered welcome drinks.
I thought, "Maybe they're leaning toward the all-inclusive trend these days?" but I was a little disappointed when they only offered coffee and juice...
The room size was pretty good, like a slightly larger business hotel, but the unit bath was old, so the toilet was small and I think larger people might find it cramped.
I had no complaints about the amenities, but when I changed into my yukata,
The women's small size was short and the medium size was large...
I wish there were more size options, even if they were a little more specific.
The view from the open-air hot spring was beautiful.
The ice cream and drink service after the bath was nice, but I wish they had one more drink option...
The food was delicious, as other reviewers have said, and I had a great time drinking alcohol.
Something like walnut salad? Or something like a snack? The food was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it, and I wanted to buy some, lol.
On the downside, the grated yam was so salty I couldn't eat it, and the seats were shaking so much I was surprised!
The breakfast was also better than other hotels, making for a fun start to the day.
After checking out for the last time, I had to trudge down to the parking lot below to find no one else there, so I felt a little lonely, lol.
But it was a fun, delicious, and wonderful experience, so I'd definitely like to use this hotel again if I'm in the Aizu area.
Thank you so much!!!
