Mainly stayed here for ski in ski out convenience to Aomori Spring Ski Resort. Hotel rooms are sizeable for Japan standards.
Got the full room and board with 2 meals provided, and buffet selection was decent variety. Lunch options there are limited choices but food is decent. There is also an onsen which was nice.

Booked for solo travel but was assigned a comfortable twin room. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Vending machines available on the ground floor.

The hotel is located at the northern foot of Mount Iwaki in Aomori Prefecture, with an excellent natural environment.
The room overlooks the Sea of Japan. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when I checked in, otherwise I believe I could see the sunset over the Sea of Japan.
The ski resort next to it has many snow trails, but there are mostly green trails for beginners, which is very suitable for most ski enthusiasts.
Only the hotel's breakfast and dinner meals are of lower quality.

Good location and all the staff were very kind.
I heard that there was a coin laundry, but it was a bit difficult to access the laundry (the elevator from the guest room floor goes to the 2nd floor, so you have to get off at the 2nd floor and then back down to the 1st floor).

The room was also very cozy and it was a quiet place. The ski slopes are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Breakfast and dinner are very healthy. It was empty probably because it was off-season, so I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time there. I don't ski or play golf, but I enjoyed watching the morning mist rise from the sea to Mt. Iwaki, trekking in the Shirakami Mountains, and seeing the amazing starry sky at night. The hot springs were also nice. I saw many negative opinions about buffet-style meals, but I was satisfied with the breakfast.
