Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort

Zoya Resort Ajman is peaceful place, perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed to be with my lovely mother and brother. The room was amazing I enjoyed the breakfast was delicious and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful they truly make the stay enjoyable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff need proper training on hospitality Lets start with Cons 1- Reception desk not very accommodating, no one picked the bags from the car, no welcome drink. 2- First night no one gave a tour or explained the dinner spot or any facilities and did not send the programme until next day, and asked to come immediately for one activity in the schedule the next morning Very bad appointment scheduling in general and treatment in the blood ozone, had to wait for half an hour and then I saw non confident nurse with a patient. (These was paid extra and they told me non refundable and was very aggressive when explaining and was very unprofessional) This experience causes stress while I came here to relax Pros: 3- Food was good, healthy and balanced 4- massage was good and the therapists were all good

excellent facilities - sauna, steamroom, top of the line gym, hamam good pool friendly staff only problem: in the dining room: slow, slow - forgetful staff

It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care
