Nearby JR station 10-15mins walk to JR station. Room was standard and staff was very great.

The room was good, spacious, and clean. However, parking is limited. If you check in during the evening, the lot is usually full, so you have to find parking outside and pay extra for it.

The staff in this hotel were so helpful, i had lost some items and the staff went out of their way to assist me in retriving them back. Really appreciate their help for this. The room was big and clean as well, location was very convenient, less than a 5 min walk away from Akita station for the shinkansen.

The hotel service was excellent. The staffs speak good English. The staffs also very helpful. Room are big and very clean. The bathroom is very clean and looks new. Very worth the stay. Will definitely recommend it

Previous night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.

A great time at this hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was nicely done up. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice too. Getting there in the snow with slush on the streets was not much fun though. Not too far from the train station, but still a decent distance away.

The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid. However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip), but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they make one with the additional charge ?

This hotel is near to the station where there are shops around. Also its right opposite to the car renting place. Convenient!

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and very upscale. I can honestly say it's excellent value for money. Around the hotel, there are also beautiful museums and lovely parks perfect for leisurely walks and taking photos. 📸🌿 The rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable – incredibly relaxing. The breakfast is delicious and constantly replenished; you'll definitely be full.

The trash can in the bathroom contained the garbage of the previous guest. I felt that the room cleaning was inadequate.

This was our first trip since our youngest child was born. We were a little worried because we were so excited, but everything went smoothly. The hotel was in a great location, and we enjoyed visiting Senshu Park and the station. We would like to use this hotel again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
