"We choose comfort hotel again for the stay in Akita. Just one street away from train station, Lawson is just beside the hotel. Daily breakfast with healthy smoothie is my all time favourite. Also, they serve kiritanpo soup - Akita local food!"

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was well-appointed and the breakfast varied- excellent coffee too"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"A great time at this hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was nicely done up. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice too. Getting there in the snow with slush on the streets was not much fun though. Not too far from the train station, but still a decent distance away."

"This hotel is right next to a underground rock concert shop. It has frequent tenants who played there or attend the concerts there. If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am. room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in."
