The Room was outdated!!

Great

The room was very well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good with Arabic and western cuisine. The Danish pastries were a delight. I went for seconds and would have gone a third round if I had time. Staff were excellent and welcoming.

As always whenever I stay at this fabulous property , I feel highly comfortable for everything, marvelous management, fabulous staffs, highly helpful and cooperatives stunning atmosphere very delicious food and too clean property . Thank you so much for the receptionests, Hussain, Zainab Ali and the highly professional acting front desk manager Mr, Yuouf Al Khars who's doing very much better than his boss

The professionalism of the colleague was pivotal in ensuring my satisfaction during my stay. Notably, my room was impeccably clean, and the food prepared by the chefs like the talented chef, Sarah, was exceptionally delicious.

The hotel is nice but overpriced

In fact, the hotel is very beautiful, renovated and clean, and the staff are very nice and polite, especially Mr. Ali Al-Rizk, Mr. Youssef Al-Khars and Ms. Zainab, where they were at the top of cooperation and in meeting the needs of the guests, as they were working with an open mind. The room is large and clean, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the air conditioning, Mashallah, is very cold

This fabulous hotel is the most fascinating hotel in region ever , Extraordinary team highly helpful and cooperatives staffs smiling and greating all times , I would like to congratulate them for the new highly professional and wonderful General Manager Mr. Waleed Haddad for his phenomenal way of dealing with all guests

the best part of our stay were the amazing staff and how helpful and friendly they were.

Amazing decor and foyer, very very helpful friendly staff. Room spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was a feast and something for everyone. Probably the best IHG hotel we have stayed in. Would definitely come back again

Beautiful, recently renovated hotel... Reception staff at check in were so welcoming and friendly and all spoke perfect English....complimentary drink and cake on arrival and room upgrade!. Big room with comfortable beds, black-out curtains and extra hot shower. We ate in Al Bustan restaurant, on the terrace, and food was very good and generous portions. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Added advantage of eating at 6pm so food and drinks were half price (happy hour 4-7pm). Breakfast buffet was equally good with a wide choice of hot and cold food and, again, attentive and efficient waiters. A very enjoyable stay in a hotel I would highly recommend.
