People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

The room was nice. The downstairs was under renovation for a while, but it didn't affect the rest. The service attitude was very good.

Since Al Ain is a very small and remote city, there are no hotel options to stay at the zoo for one night. The room is very general, the decoration style of decades ago, the facilities are very old, and the furniture in the room is old.
