Royal M Al Aqah Beach Resort by Gewan

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal M Hotel Fujairah. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the mountain view was especially beautiful - perfect for relaxing evenings on the balcony with a cup of tea. Breakfast was quite good with a wide selection, and it’s convenient that you can add it at the reception for a better price. The hotel was very quiet during our stay, with almost empty pool and beach areas, which made it feel very peaceful. The waves in Fujairah are strong and beautiful, giving a real ocean feeling compared to other Emirates. However, there were a few downsides. Service felt inconsistent, and many restaurants were closed. The spa was the biggest disappointment - although it was advertised as available, everything was turned off and not ready for guests. The shower in the room also wasn’t great, with unstable temperature and weak water pressure. Overall, it’s a nice hotel for a calm getaway with great views, but service and maintenance could be improved.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Positives: Extraordinary sea views especially from 12th floor . Very spacious rooms . Pool is also very good and well maintained. Access to pool and beach is very easy and all facilities are well maintained. Negatives : As Indian we felt we were treated differently. I am saying this because we made a request for high floor and decorations through trip.com at the time of booking. the front desk first mentioned that it was not available and got filled out and gave us on 4th floor.Also another receptionist Ainoora mentioned that this was to be checked with trip.com as we paid to trip.com and not them But when we made an issue and escalated to manager , he was helpful and arranged a high room room. Then we wondered why this was not given initially. On the day of leaving around 10 we wanted the room to me a bit tidy for us to rest but front desk denied saying that on the day of check out they cannot clean. Also we requested a few minutes late check out since we had a baby . The front desk firmly told us that check out was sharp 12 pm. Interestingly it’s the first time we faced some thing like this. Breakfast is good but few Indian dishes and they were not good.

All good except for the Wabi Sabi restaurant not having air conditioning which was not a big problem actually but shouldn't have been there. Also the pool and beach access closes at 7PM.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing and Amazing. Nothing can be better than this...from the time of check-in to checkout everything is awesome. The entire staffs are really high professional...in the reception i got upgraded in a suite. I am gonna visiting them again n again. Highly recommended

I love everything here! This is my second time staying here. I love the view of snoopy Island tho the mountain view is good also. They’re both relaxing! The massage is great. Pool is great too they’re having pool activities. They are very accommodating especially the reception and house keeping team. Helpful and fast for any request. The breakfast buffet is nice and fresh mostly. Our room is nice and its very spacious!! Outside the hotel there is a cellar shop around 30m away from main entrance. Maybe the only thing I would like to address is the spa area. It can be more clean and neat, more scented spa vibe and the actual temperature for jacuzzi next time will be perfect 🙏🏼
