SAS Residence & Hotel, Dhahran

The hotel is wonderful in every aspect. The room is a bit small, but that's not an issue for me. If you're like me, this hotel is very suitable. The staff are excellent and attentive. The location is very good. The surrounding area is lively with services readily available. There are no city views. For solo and practical travelers, this hotel is more than amazing.

Excellent and comfortable with great service. The pool requires reservations, so you get to swim alone, but it wasn't clean during my last visit. I've stayed twice.

The price is reasonable and it's clean, but the beds aren't comfortable. It's suitable for large families and is located almost in the middle of Khobar.

The bath towels were wet and possibly used. There were signs of the shower being used as the floor and shower glass were wet. The shower overflows after the first minute of use, indicating a lack of maintenance for the drainage system. The toilet was full of discarded tissues. There was a burnt-out lightbulb in the entrance. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually had a good experience, but my last stay was significantly and unacceptably flawed.

My last stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. It looked like someone had used the towels, and the bathroom was wet with poor drainage in the shower.

Clean and tidy with excellent service.
