Let me say right away: we loved the hotel. The owner was very friendly. The hotel is 500 meters from the Medinet Habu Temple, which is definitely worth a visit. In the morning, there's a magnificent view of the mountains. If the weather is good, a string of hot air balloons will fly right over the hotel. The owner prepared us a delicious and plentiful dinner. We ate outside in front of the hotel. Don't expect Hilton-style amenities from a budget hotel. Everything you need is provided. However, if you have a lot of electronic equipment, please let the owner know in advance: some outlets have been damaged by previous guests.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and I love it especially for its quiet and simple location, away from the noise and right across from the archaeological site. The owner, Refat, is an excellent person willing to help with anything you need. The food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a simple, no-frills hotel, but it exudes peace. I felt right at home thanks to Refat, whose kindness always took care of everything I needed. I will definitely return a third time.
