Friendly and warm staff, spacious room to rest for the night, and delicious and fulfilling breakfast. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Hotel provided 24/7 shuttle bus service and it was especially helpful for me since I reached San Jose airport only at 1.30 am. Will stay in this hotel again if I fly into Costa Rica again.

Great hotel for a quick airport stop over. Centrally located and has an excellent breakfast! We would stay again for sure.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Our room was clean, bed firm and comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast starts at 6am and has many Costa Rican and western options. We dined at the Denny's which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent location and facilities. Convenient shuttle service and inclusive breakfast. This is the cleanest Hampton by Hilton I have so far stayed at! One thing to consider in lactose and gluten free options for a breakfast, other than that, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay and will be back again and again!

Relatively convenient, requires a hotel shuttle bus to bring you to hotel, its not located within the airport terminal. Room was spacious and theres couple of food options nearby which is good for late night arrivals.

The perfect stop before or after a flight with a free Shuttle

The location is excellent for those travelling from the airport in San Jose. The service of the shuttle is almost continuous, and the driver is helpful and courteous. They have laundry facilities available which is a big plus for those with further travel plans. It is not the cheapest option close to the airport, but the rooms are very nice. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, there is a Denny's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Good location and good service

Very close to airport with frequent airport shuttle service. It is also opposite to the car rental company (we use Hertz) so very convenient upon returning the car.

Hotel plus location top, breakfast overcrowded

Booked 2 nights through a 3rd party.I was unable to fly and cancelled my reservations. Hampton was unwilling to negotiate any level of refund. Huge disappointment, what seemed fair would have been a refund of the 2nd night as they had time to rebook it. As I said..huge disappointment. I will need to reserve a room on my way home, and I will choose a different chain.
