The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless. For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly. It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything. A wonderful place with an exceptional view. The cabins are warm, and there's a kitchen, kettle, and projector. We had blankets for sitting outside on a cool evening. Cons: the kitchen is very slow, with one cook and one waiter, who doubles as the reception manager and hostess—all rolled into one. Breakfast is a la carte—there's no buffet of any kind, and it takes a long time to prepare. We waited 50 minutes and left without receiving three of our five orders, as we had a long commute that day. Conclusion: improve the staff and it will be 5 stars!

An excellent hotel with spacious, clean cottages and incredible views of the valley and mountains. The restaurant serves delicious food. But if you're looking for steaks, it's best to book in advance for a specific time.

Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand und haben diverse Mängel an Türen, Fenstern, etc.
