I had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their attitude created a strong sense of trust and comfort throughout my stay. Every team member — including the entire reservations team  was attentive, helpful, and well-organized, always making sure everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Mohammad, for his trust, warmth, and respectful approach. His kind and thoughtful management is clearly reflected in the quality of service and the positive atmosphere of the hotel. His personal attention truly made a difference and added great value to my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would gladly choose to stay here again. Great value for money! Clean and large rooms. Fully equipped with kitchen living room etc. perfect for travelers who need a place to rest only. Not a resort. Inside a mall somewhat which feels strange but comfortable. Breakfast was simple but precise.
