Nice location, walking distance to city and beach. Out of turist season quite ok to hang around. Food at the hotel was not turkish at all. Room was clean and big enough.

Good service and good location... BUT... This may have been 4 star hotel at some point but not anymore. Everywhere there were signs of neglect: open electrical connections, worn bedsheets, crumbling blankets, windows hanging wrong, doorknobs missing, lamps broken, no drinking glasses in the room. No shampoo in the bathroom, cheap towels, bad water pressure, broken soap dispencer... The list goes on and on. Nowadays i would say 2 star hotel. Probably the one and only time at this hotel.

Where do I even begin, this place was terrible. The room was not so clean I had to crash a cockroach on the first night and I had to make sure I don't take them home when I packed my bag on the last day. The food was bad, no variety. The beds not so comfortable, my child couldn't sleep on the bed provided and kept complaining that it was poking her. The staff were always grumpy. In short it was so bad, I didn't enjoy my stay at all. Check the cockroach pictures below!

Location is good, food is OK, however this is pretty much where the good news ends We visited for 14 nights, upon arriving at 10pm we were shown to our room, less than 10 minutes after arriving in the room a circular saw was being used to cut steel pipes directly outside our room sending sparks at the door. We of course complained to reception and asked how long the works would be carrying on, we were advised one night, the banging, drilling and sawing finished at just before 1am. The following day the noise continued, we requested to move room, this was finally facilitated 4 days later, however, after 14 days the works were still being carried out until after midnight everyday, this was both in communal areas, the pool area and in the restaurant areas. I would highly recommend spending either a little more and staying at an alternative nearby hotel or staying in a different part of alanya.

This is hones review ever. I was ther about 3am. Staff was kinda uptight but I got my room. It was not worst, but not best one. I went to the reception that I want to change my room to better one. They did all what they could and I had new one on the morning. For complimentary they called to the bar that sell him one gin & tonic, that was nice because selling hours (or all-inc) was 10am-10pm. Rooms were nice, little bit outdated, but when I said about leaking showerhead, it was fixed when I came back. Food was nice, staff was friendly and helpfull and even when I ran out of cigarettes they gave me full pack of it. And when I left they gave me breakfast. This was in march so hopefully they werent just tired of tourists.

Great location, close to the beach. Delicious food and the staff were amazing and so helpful 😀. Honestly this was my best experience in Turkey. My room was cleaned daily, during a meal time we had so many options. And we'll Turkish Bath highly recommend 👌
