We rested in June 2024 and were traveling for 4 days. The hotel is all dirty, we asked for cleaning for four days, when we checked in the room was very dirty, at our request they wiped it with one rag, but it remained dirty, they just smeared it. The following days there was no cleaning; the trash had to be taken out into the corridor. They asked for a towel and they pointedly threw them in our faces. We came for dinner, we couldn't eat there. Everything was in an unkempt state, scattered, there was no food, although an hour had passed since the beginning, and there was no employee to clean up. The kitchen is dark, dirty, one male hotel employee walks around in a dirty, greasy T-shirt and shorts, apparently a cook. There are no more service staff. No hygiene, no special. clothes. When checking in, we had to go to the reception through the kitchen, which is open access, all products are open. Unsanitary conditions. How can this be allowed in a hotel, especially in the kitchen. As soon as we checked in, we drank water in the “dining room”; at dinner, the dirty tables from lunch were never cleared. Attaching photo. We didn't eat there, we went to restaurants nearby. During our four-day stay, an ambulance came twice and took three people to the hospital with poisoning. They connect Wi-Fi and say that it is available, but it hasn’t worked for a day. I don’t recommend it, take care of your health.
