For the money ($100 for five) it's great. There are 2 small slides in the pool. The food is an acquired taste. There is a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas. Ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard, there is a cafe next to the hotel where there was howling to the sound of a tambourine until one in the morning! The staff can't do anything about it, they say that the law supposedly allows it. But they offered to change the room

This hotel is fab There are plenty of pros, the pool is amazing, nice and warm. The bar is great plenty of choice Coffee and Juice available from the machines Around the hotel plenty of seating areas, hammocks and cushions, lots of shade We had an issue with the toilet and air con was fixed straight away Rooms big with lovely balconies The shop on site was wonderful the gentleman so friendly and helpful The spa and Turkish bath was amazing The snack bar was lovely a little basic The guide selling the trips was great, Alayna by night was amazing well worth doing, best trip I have ever done in any country Avoid the clothes shop that is recommended by the hotel, charge too much and intimidate women on their own The only issue is the food, it is basic and there is always something to eat however it could be a lot better, I spoke to the manager and suggested a children's section he said he was going to look in to that. All in all an amazing time, will 100 percent book here again

DO NOT STAY HERE... management are awful. as is the hotel. upon arrival we went to our room (late) the bathrooms well.... you'd be cleaner before you got in the shower than if you got in it. painted tiles that is flaking off everywhere/broken tiles/mould all over the grout in the tiles. hairs all over the room, stained bedding, even had light socket not fixed to the wall properly (very dangerous) smashed mirror in the lift, food left in communal area for over 24 hours. we went down for breakfast to find soggy veg (broccoli/sweet corn) nothing edible. meat and cheese no cereals stopped one night and that was one too many. found a new hotel as the mould in the room was too much of an issue for 2 of our group with asthma issues

My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've had on holiday. Rooms There is no free WiFi in the rooms. There are also no bedside lamps or reading lights, so you have to use the incredibly bright main light until you want to go to sleep, at which point you need to get out of bed, walk to the other side of the room and then switch it off and walk back to the bed in darkness. The cistern in the bathroom did not fill properly - we had to ask for it to be repaired. The room had a touchscreen Do Not Disturb indicator which did not work - the buttons were the wrong way round so, when you set it to Do Not Disturb, the cleaner would see a "Please Clean" displayed on the outside of the door. Much to our mortification when the cleaner tried to enter our room while we were getting changed. Food & Drink The food at the hotel was fine, but the desserts were very disappointing. Every night there was nothing but the same selection of soggy sponge cake. The drinks were even more disappointing, especially for my family who do not drink alcohol. There was a bar but the soft drinks tap stopped working while we were there - they had to buy plastic bottles of Coke and use those instead. There were 2 fruit juice dispensers, but what's the point in having them when 1 was not working when we arrived, and the other stopped working during our stay? Staff The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and scheming. I agreed to pay a fee for an airport transfer with one receptionist. When I came to pay, there was another receptionist and they charged me 200 TL more. There was this creepy guy who said he worked at the hotel 8 hours a day. He was supposed to be out LoveHolidays tour guide, but he was just a guy that hung around the hotel to poach unsuspecting tourists in order to overcharge them for excursions. We booked a trip online for 40€ and he was charging other guests 100€ for the same thing. We told one of the other guests how much we paid and so they went to him to get their money back. The guy then spent the next 2 days following me and my wife around accusing us of calling him a liar. One of the other guests at the hotel asked for some guidance on what to do in the local area from another staff member. He offered to take her somewhere and when they got back she told us he kept trying to touch her. There was a group of guests who got very drunk - and I suspect were on other substances - on the first night. They got into an argument and the guy was shouting, banging on doors and smashing things in the corridor. This went on all night until after 3am. The hotel staff refused to do anything about it. The same happened the second night, again more banging on doors, shouting and smashing until the sun came up. The staff still refused to do anything. We got them to change our rooms which they did. I did not sleep for 3 days straight as it was not safe in that hotel.
