I really loved the location and the hotel specially at the check in everything was really easy and Turker and irem were very welcoming and nice and they made the check in very easy the hotel also has nice food and the staff are very friendly and very nice ill definitely come back here and to cooks club alanya

The service was friendly and respectful. The food was healthy and tasty. The room was clean and well equipped with a panoramic view of the beach with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Great spa experience, beach life and sprinkling of nightlife.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff, Selman I believe one member of staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent views from the sunbathing areas on the beach and by the pool overlooking the sea, great food and drink choice

The most loveliest staff I’ve ever met! From the first day to the very last they all welcomed me with my first name which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable espically when travelling on my own. The room itself was spotless and always refreshed daily to a very high standard. This hotel is a little world of its own. The Irish bar is full of life and brill staff. The food is the only thing I could complain about if I had to. Purely because I’m a picky eater not much appealed to me however this was a personal choice and out of their control. I can not thank the staff and everyone at this hotel for making me feel so welcome and relaxed whilst being here! I will definitely be back!!

BEWARE!! Booked as per photo/details in brouchure , Got there only to be taken to a Irish bar across the road from the Hotel and told it was a "extension of Cooks Club, We refused to accept this accomodation, we where asked for a further 700 pounds to then be upgraded to the Hotel we had booked . After nearly 2hours of arguing and late night intervention from Jet2go via there helpline we eventually where taken to the Hotel. We did not pay the 700 pounds. and sadly allthough we had a nice stay will not recommend Cooks Club .

The hotel was not as described. Paid for a suite with sea view.. we received a small room. It's not a suite. After complaining and^£ 360.00 extra, we received a larger room. Fridge had no drinks in and one glass. Considering we were all-inclusive.. shouldn't there be a minimum of water.. after complaining, we received water on the first night... but that's it...

We booked a standard room with breakfast for a week to our holiday. The room was tidy and clean, a lot of space for two. The pool and the beach area was clean and peaceful (the season hasn't started totally yet). Special thank you to Irem, who saved our trip's good nights in the very beginning by changing our room to a different floor since the first room was a bit too noisy for us. Overall, a nice experience.

Excellent staff and Nice atmosphere. Location was also great. Food was Nice and there was Many choices to pick. We definetly come to Cook’s Club again. Rooms are located another side of the Street from the beach, but there is canal which goes underneath the Street and vomes out to the beacbar.

Very nice hotel with good facilities, room was very modern. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and most likely return in future. Good selection of food too. The pizzas from the Cantina menu are amazing!! Well done to all the staff. 5 star.

My friend and I were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception. We took a short tour of the hotel. The room is small, but very cozy and clean. Our room had a sea view, the view was amazing! The neighboring hotel, where entertainment was held every evening. I fall asleep easily, but my friend had difficulty falling asleep, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Arefe günü vardığımız ve üç gece kaldığımız ve memnun ayrıldığımız bir otel. Bohem restaurant bilhassa güzel. Hava serin olduğundan havuz veya sahilinden yararlanamadık ama ***et derli topluydu her iki kısımda. Tek ufak sorun saat 3 civarı odada dinlenirken housekeeping'in biraz arasında yüksek sesle iletişimiydi. Nazikçe uyardığımızda da gerekli hassasiyeti gösterdiler.

A magnificent hotel with a large swimming pool, a bar and its own part of Cleopatra Beach. Everything is very clean, tidy and the staff is as friendly and helpful as possible. We lived in a suite room, with breakfast and dinner included, we really liked everything. I would especially like to mention Irem's work, She helped me solve my questions during all seven days. I am very grateful for this, this is a very high-quality employee and a kind person! I have great impressions of the hotel and the atmosphere, and I will be happy to come back here again and recommend this place to my friends.

Rooms, view, all service, food, decoration, beach was very good... we came for a triathlon camp and we are fully satisfied in our 5 days stay... I am especially thankful to the staff that always give very good service. Cooks club will be always my first choice in Alanya...
