Muz Hotel

If you don't want to sleep at all then this is best place for you. We both got sick, it was an all inclusive holiday and I haven't touched the food. That was a first for me. You don't know what you eat, nothing there has a label. Many things to say...taxi was a rip off 30£ 10 min drive ...I won't be coming back to Analya ever again

We arrived at hotel at 5am there was no 24 hour reception. The room was terrible a camp bed and a well single bed that had stains on mattress .The shower good if your 1ft tall .we were then asked to pay extra 10 euros per night if we wanted to keep our rooms. If not we would be transfered to a budget room .My son tried to argue that this was not acceptable but he gave in and paid the 140 euros. Fridge in room doesn't work .there is no free WiFi. Its a euro per day not bad but it all mounts up.Kids under 12 can't swim in pool.There is no sauna included but there is a spa .highly recommend 260lira for 2 hours .And to finish off food well not good ate out most of the time .If you like chicken ,chicken and more chicken you'll be fine but bland .there are no spirits available just red,white wine and beer.Oh one good thing it's close to beach.Theres a little shop and it's not to bad price wise.the guy who runs it very nice if he doesn't have what you want he,ll get it for you. Whatever and wherever you decide have a good time.

Amazing stay, 5 meters away from ocean , very friendly staff ( specially Adem, murad, Hussain and bar man - sry forgot his name ), location is perfect , in-house shop is reseaionably cheap also there's local shops just opposite hotel, enough sunbeds and water is clean enough to see fishes , Strongly suggest to get water shoes as first 5/6 meters is bit rocky , food was amazing ad liked that they change every day, dessert is something not to.miss, Would certainly recommend as a proper 3 star hotel

FIRSTLY THIS HOTEL ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ IS ONLY BEER AND WINE AND SOFT DRINKS WHICH ARE WARM!!!! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER SPIRITS COCKTAILS ETC. DEFINITELY NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. WI-FI IS NOT FREE MUST BE PAID AND CHARGED!!! TROUBLE FINDING BOOKING!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY VILE WE HAD FOOD POISIONING ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS. THE PLATES ARE DIRTY AND THE CUPS ARE WASHED BY HAND BY SOME STAFF. STAFF VERY RUDE AND GOSSIP ABOUT YOU IN TURKISH NOT REALISING WE CAN SPEAK TURKISH. THE FOOD IS LEFT OUT FROM MORNING AND RETURNED EVENING LEFT OVERS COLD FOOD FOOD HYGIENE OUT THE WINDOW THEY DO NOT EVEN USE SEPARATE COLOURS ALSO THEY HAVE CATS DOING BUSINESS ON THE FLOOR WHEN YOU ARE SAT DOWN WHEN PEOPLE WERE EATING FOOD AND THEY DO NOT DO A THING. NOT THE CATS FAULT JUST UNHYGIENIC. THE SEA IS DANGEROUS UNABLE TO GO IN DUE TO THE SEVERITY OF ROCKS IN THE SEA ELDERLEY PEOPLE CAN NOT GO IN DUE TO THEM FALLING AND HURTING THEMSELVES. THE SHOWER WAS VILEE FULL OF GRIME AND DIRT AND BROKEN DOORS DONT EVEN SHUT PROPERLY AND IS VERY SMALL SO IF YOU ARE BIGGER GOOD LUCK. THERE IS ALSO NO HAND SOAP LEFT!!!! SO DIRTY THE TOILET WAS DISGUSTING TOO FULL OF LIMESCALE AND GRIME ON BOTTOM. THERE IS NO ACTIVITIES AS STATED THERES NO POOOL TABLE TABLE TENNIS OR ANYTHING WHICH THEY ADVERTISE. THE HOTEL FOOD WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER TASTED RICE AND CHICKEN WHICH WAS PINK EVERYDAY AND SOME STEW TYPE OF FOOD THE FOOD WOULD BE LEFT OUT FOR HOURS TO GO COLD FROM MORNING TO EVENING THEY SERVE LEFT OVERS NO VARIETY OF CULTURES FOOD JUST TURKISH FOOD HOTEL ALSO NEXT TO A HIGHWAY WHERE CARS FLY DOWN DOING 70MPH REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN HERE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE HONEST REVIEW! Worst hotel ever ,all inclusive that's a laugh lager wine only no spirits ,some staff rude ignorant, bathroom dirty our toilet was black in bottom ,took 3 attempts to get chiller that worked ,wife got electric shock from the bed light and me from coffee machine told that's fine ..really Food take life in own hands as nothing labelled so unless you recognise the dish then good luck ,at one point I tapped a salad bowl and mass of flies came out , plenty chicken,cold chips/wedges for breakfast plenty boiled eggs ,I took safe option ham&cheese with bread for breakfast, The bread was good Watched one cat spray the restaurant furniture and never cleaned, Room basic but ok shower mould around cubicle The entertainment is the music from next bar , Workmen trying to do up next door ,angle grinder killer ,found there girder in the sea ,managed to get rid of it on the boat that cleans up only for it to replaced the next day Toilets near bar well good luck for cleanness, Hotel pictures show children play area ,was not there and games area again not there ,bar with stools , I'm going blind as never saw any, Lovely picture of restaurant table again must be blind ,stayed with friends and we renamed the muzz extra hotel as everything extra ,again fruit machine either out of order or not replenisged, Pity as hotel in nice area and has lots of potential,would I go back to this hotel or recommend NEVER, Ananya is worth the visit as lots and lot's of shops bars ect lovely beach

This hotel has lots of potential but sadly the place is very very poor, some of the staff are wonderful but they changed the rules for drinks and wi-fi on the information leaflet in pen and said the advert was an old one. So bar closed at 10pm, you couldn't buy a drink after about 10:15, the free internet is now to be paid for. The food was pitiful at best, Chicken on the bone every day for lunch or dinner and 1 other meat type choice, no label to let you know what it was, so if you have any allergies or anything you have to take a risk the fresh bread was nice. But at times there were a lot of flies around which was very off putting. The bar will only give you draft beer, where they waste more than they pour, and only coke or sprite no spirits and the water machine was broken more than it worked no bottled water and if you asked they pretend to not understand. The room was basic but ok, the shower cubicle was broken and despite reporting it never got it fixed or looked at. No entertainment at all in the bar area, the big TV didn't work until near the end of the holiday and it only had 1 channel. You were not made to feel welcomed by some of the staff. The beach is nice the sunbeds are uncomfortable but the sea is lovely but not an easy in and out. Would I recommend it to anyone, no never. Although Alanya is nice and worth visiting please not in this Hotel.
