not worth off most
The hotel not that far away from the historical monument (15mins walk) .
But the point is there is no pedestrian road and you have to walk on the busy/ danger road with many car passing by.
Checkin restricted after 2.30. even if there is staff but they will ignore help you.
The place not same as what the photo shows. many thing broken, lack of facilities.

AVOID at all costs, this may have been nice before and the building is I admit lovely but now “The Owner” as his staff refer to him is not seen, the area around the pool is not maintained all grass is long, the rooms are not cleaned. We had drinks stolen from our fridge, my make up was used 😵💫. Cups were chipped , ants in the bathroom the second bed was a small camp bed. Main bed had not space for head, Shower was just yuk 🤷♀️. And not even an apology for the theft, we’d had two drinks of Prosecco and they would only comp one they wanted us still to pay €6 for the other despite their cleaner using my new makeup. Other guests were also unhappy with cost and cleaning and general upkeep. Don’t fall for the falcons they make a big thing of it but never seen anc the staff hint that the owner is temperamental about it. Expensive mistake on our part, pls do not stay there, there are lovely other places, finally it’s not viable to walk to town it’s a fast busy road with no paths of lighting up a steep hill. Avoid

Beautiful place, good breakfast, nice pool. Very close to Alberobello center. The only problem is there is no air conditioner. Very hard to sleep when is hot. He maximum the air conditioning goes is 27 degrees on the thermostat but the feels like is hire. Maybe in the fall or winter it’s more comfortable. Besides that is a really nice place to stay and go visit other cities around.

The resort has an exceptional architecture and it is beautiful indeed… but the lack of service and owners presence was strange. If you go to the reception at 1pm you won’t find anyone there. The same after 7pm. They need to hire somebody to help guests definitely. Also, beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and disappointing for a “luxury resort”. Linen was old and towels stiff. Not even pool towels. No bar service available even though was offered. If you want to stay the whole day at the pool you will need to go to the village and ask for food. Also no sign of falcons even though we booked the hotel to do a tour to see falcons or eagles. No explanations about it. Just a plain: no, it’s hot and depending on the good will of the not so friendly owner Francesco. Stefano was very kind and helpful. As the guy who takes care of the animals. They were the only ones who cared about us being ok. Even though the place was dreamy the lack of service and maintenance were very disappointing. It’s a pity. It has great possibilities but it looks a bit abandoned at the moment

Stunning location just a short walk from alberobello centre and a peaceful haven to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Accommodation is perfect - room was perfect with a small patio outside to enjoy the evening. Staff fantastic and very attentive and helpful. (Note if you read a low rated post about here from the same time whilst everyone‘s experience is different from what I witnessed this was a seriously rude guest who felt entitled and could wait a few minutes. Dressing down staff just for their word and not listening get a grip and so rude and unnecessary). The facilities are perfect here especially the pool area and little farm. Best of all the home produced wine - was a wonderful way to enjoy the peaceful evening. We will very much be back and thank you to the team.

Amazing! We had such a lovely stay Stella and Francesca were so warm and welcoming The Nibbio room was perfect for the 3 of us as a family Great location for transportation and Alberobello centre They also own a lovely bar in the town with their own wines

OMG! Where to start . My wife and I have stayed at maybe 300 hotels in our life. This was without doubt the greatest experience we have ever had at a hotel. The photos on the website do not do it justice,but I didn’t book the Hotel because of them. I booked because of the reviews. And now I’m writing this! It is incredible! The owners become your friends! Nothing is a problem. The rooms are like nothing you have ever stayed in. Traditional Trulli style. There is a Zoo on the property and it is the shortest walk in to the main town. It is stunning! The pool is crazy good! I have written many reviews about Hotels over the years,but please,do your self a favour,and stay at this magnificent property! You will then be the next one writing a review like this! Incredibly Gorgeous - the most beautiful stone work ever! The owner Stella was delightful and upgraded our reservation without us requesting it. A must for your travels when visiting alberobello! Stellar and magical in structure, grounds, hospitality and interior design. Very cool vibe with keeping the integrity of the rich history and the owner’s passion for Falconry!

Teníamos una reserva en el hotel y el voucher tenía la dirección Via 7 Liberatori della Selva, 8, 70011 Alberobello BA, Italia que es la que aparece también al googlear el hotel. Llegamos a las 11 hs y estaba cerrado. Llamamos a un teléfono que teníamos en el voucher y nos atendió una mujer que gritando y en un italiano poco entendible, informó que hasta las 15hs no podíamos entrar y que no era en ese lugar nuestro alojamiento y cortó la llamada. Insistimos y logramos que nos de una dirección, donde nos alojaría pero recién a las 14hs. Era un trulli en el centro, sin parking y en zona prohibida para autos. Cuando vino a hacernos el check in, le dijimos que eso no era lo que habiamos pagado y nos dijo que el otro hotel está cerrado hace 2 años. De ser así, por qué mi boucher tenía esa dirección y además no es cierto porque unos amigos se alojaron el año pasado. Le dijimos que aclaren o cambien la página web donde promocionan el hotel. CUIDADO CUANDO RESERVEN, ASEGÚRENSE CUÁL ES EL VERDADERO LUGAR.
