It was a pleasant stay. We stayed as family with two kids. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was enjoyable. With car, was convenient to travel within city too. I recommend pullman hotel if you travel with family.

For someone like me who always takes time to run even when on business trips, the heart-shaped lake next to the hotel is perfect for checking in.

It's a bit old and has poor lighting, but it's quite cost-effective. It's very close to stkilda, about two kilometers.

The location is very good. It is next door to the largest park in Melbourne and very close to the tram station. It is very convenient to the South Bank beach. It is surrounded by neighboring communities and it only takes 25 minutes to enter the city by tram.

The transportation is relatively convenient. There is a large park across the road, not far from the beach, but a certain distance from the city center. The room was generally OK. I booked a twin room and the bed was comfortable enough.

The internal and external environment of the hotel is very good, and the sanitation and cleaning are done in place every day. This time I stayed for more than half a day for more than 10 days. There is a party downstairs every day. The a**osphere is great.

The room type is relatively old, the bathroom is large, and the room is relatively small. The carpet is very old and dark in color, and the cleanliness cannot be seen, it just feels old and dirty visually. There is no writing desk that is necessary in the usual hotel room layout, so there are no drawers to put small objects, and they must be placed in a narrow and long area with a width of 20 cm, which is very messy. There is only a small round coffee table, which can accommodate a laptop and a mouse pad. If you need to work and write in the room during a business trip, this room cannot meet your work needs, let alone comfort. Next to Albert Park Lake, it is very convenient to take a walk and enjoy the a**osphere of the park. You can see heavy waterfowl, and you can better understand the leisure activities of local people. I didn't live in a lake view room. The lake view room has a very good visual effect and the price is higher. The swimming pool is smaller, there are fewer people and quieter, the whirlpool massage bath is good, the sauna is good, and the fitness area is small without windows, so you can't expect to satisfy visual enjoyment while exercising. The fitness equipment is adequate but a bit crowded.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to Albert Park.

I have stayed in relatively poor five-star hotels, no disposable slippers, no free drinking water. Not even a disposable toothbrush and bathtub, not worth the price.
