Andiamo da circa 15 anni a Merano e ogni anno allo stesso hotel , il Flora ! Che dire ...ambienti accoglienti e raffinati , la Sig.ra Barbara sempre gentile e sorridente , le camere pulite e dotate quasi tutte di angolo cottura , la colazione super e tanti altri particolari che rendono il nostro soggiorno sempre piacevole. Un ringraziamento particolare anche a Carol , una bravissima receptionist che sa risolvere qualsiasi problema ed è sempre gentile e disponibile . Bravi ! A presto A. M.

Semplicemente perfetto! Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e raffinatezza di questo posto. Posizione centrale e a pochi passi dal centro attraverso la Passeggiata sul Passirio.. Spettacolari i sentieri di Sissi. Attenzione nei dettagli, pulizia e personale accogliente. Colazione ricca ed abbondante, il tutto condita dalla cordialità e sorriso del personale.. Piscina stupenda e letto super comodo. Per chi ama il suono del fiume è bello addormentarsi e svegliarsi con lui. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und doch ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut! Alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist schön! Leider sind die Zimmer nicht so toll. Die Suite war eigentlich einfach ein grösseres Zimmer. Hat für mich nichts mit einer Suite zutun. Ohne Klimaanlage war es dann auch sehr heiss im Zimmer!!! Keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Bei 34 Grad furchtbar zu schlafen.

Da anni frequento Merano , credo di avere provato ogni hotel in zona . Il flora hotel , a mio parere personale , resta il migliore. Camere confortevoli , pulizia eccellente, personale gentilissimo , professionale e molto cordiale . Colazione n 1 in classifica ! Grazie e a prestissimo. Moretti

Siamo stati in vacanza in Trentino e abbiamo avuto il piacere di pernottare in questo hotel per 4 gg. Hotel pulitissimo, ben collocato si arriva in centro in un paio di minuti, ci sono tantissime offerte e sconti per le attrazioni del Paese come ad esempio le terme di Merano, la colazione è sensazionale! ti lascia semplicemente senza parole!! il tutto è circondato da un calore famigliare, ti senti coccolato come a casa. Se mai torneremo a Merano non abbiamo dubbi su dove alloggiare

Sempre ad un ottimo livello,anche se un po' rincarato,ma secondo me 'insieme vale un quattro stelle.Eccellente la colazione,sia per la varietà dei prodotti che per la grande professionalià degli addetti.Ottima anche la pulizia delle camere e molto gentili e disponibili gli addetti alla reception, in particolare la sig.na Daria .Che dire ? Parigi val bene una messa,specialmente se ci si affaccia sul Passirio...Il nostro punto fermo a Merano,senza ombra di dubbio.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 dicembre 2022 al 3 gennaio 2023 in questo hotel e il giudizio è, complessivamente, eccellente! Receptionist competenti e disponibilissime nel fornire tutte le informazioni richieste. Avevamo prenotato da casa, tramite l’hotel, le terme e il servizio è stato molto efficiente, così come la prenotazione che è stata fatta, sempre dall’hotel, un giorno per l’altro! Colazione ottima e sicuramente al di sopra della media di un hotel a tre stelle. Camere molto spaziose, sempre pulitissime. Anche gli spazi comuni molto confortevoli e sempre perfetti. Struttura ben tenuta, nuova e arredata con ottimo gusto. Possibilità di usufruire del garage ad un prezzo decisamente accessibile. Da consigliare! Grazie che ci avete fatto trascorrere cinque meravigliosi giorni nella vostra struttura!!

di ritorno dopo alcuni anni, abbiamo trovato l'otel ristrutturato, molto bella la nostra camera, pulita con un bagno ampio. la posizione della struttura è fantastica, a 5 minuti dal centro con una bella passeggiata lungo il passirio, a due passi dalle terme , con l'ingresso pagato direttamente un hotel . per l'occasione, visto il periodo, non abbiamo mancato la visita ai mercatini di natale, da non perdere.
