The atmosphere is very nice . The room was cleaned every day , breakfast was served everyday from 8 to 10, my family and I are very satisfied 😊

We stayed with my friend for 1 night only but the hotel was nice. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. We wanted a room with sea view but that’s our mistake for booking last minute so we had a view to the street and nearby train station where the trains went every while but the noise wasn’t a problem for us since the windows worked well. We had some trouble with turning on the air conditioner but the receptionist helped us and showed us how to turn it on. The hotel isn’t far from the sea, maybe a 5 minute walk. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the luggage room because we arrived early before check-in and the next day we were leaving later in the afternoon after check-out so we were able to enjoy the beach a lot. The breakfast was okay, they provided choice of food and the waiter was making coffee. The staff was nice but I can’t really speak for their english skills since I went with my Italian friend.

ottimo cibo personale competente e gentile lo consiglio vivamente vicino ala mare e camere pulite. Parcheggio in loco ottima posizione sono andato con la famiglia e con amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo.Beppe.

Ci hanno chiesto 1 euro di tassa di soggiorno 2 volte… per la colazione il distributore del caffè non funzionava…. Per la cena di ieri all’hotel Palace di Varazze erano in combutta col questo, dota che abbiamo pagato camera più cena 65 € più 5 per il bere…. Sono senza pudore e maleducati.

Una vera delusione e fortunatamente solo per una notte. Hotel da rimodernare, poco e mal mantenuto, pulizia scarsa, TV e condizionatore non funzionanti . Ci è stata assegnata una camera per famiglie con due balconcini 1 m x 20 cm, e quindi non è possibile stendere asciugamani o indumenti umidi, tende rotte e sporche, armadio sprovvisto di cassetti e mensole e quindi le valigie non le abbiamo svuotate, scarico water rotto e scarico vasca intasato. Il personale ritengo che sia molto ridotto per tutte le famiglie a disposizione e dunque appare sotto stress..solo.la posizione vicina al mare è l'unica nota positiva...anche se molto rumoroso in piena notte. Mai più ad ogni modo...non è questa la vera ricettività ligure.

Come da titolo mi sono trovato male per i seguenti motivi. Bagno ceco Vetro doccia senza guarnizione con conseguente allagamento alla prima doccia Muffa sui muri Condizionamento non funzionante TV non funzionante. Peccato che i proprietari non controllino.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti. Andiamo con ordine. Cose positive: posizione, vicinissima al centro e al mare; Cose negative: camera. Ci è stata assegnata una camera e per fortuna solo per due notti. Balconcino 1 m x 20 cm, e quindi non è possibile stendere 2 asciugamani, tende rotte e sporche, armadio sprovvisto di cassetti e mensole e quindi le valigie non le abbiamo svuotate, scarico water rotto l'abbiamo comunicato. Pulizia e colazioni non posso dare un giudizio negativo al personale perché ritengo che sia molto ridotto per tutte le famiglie a disposizione. Staff positivo

Struttura vecchia mai rinnovata. Moquette sporchissima nei corridoi. La sensazione di sporco aleggia nella camera e anche un po’ dappertutto. Vetri sporchi e polverosi. Parapetti scrostati. Inoltre il prezzo non è assolutamente adeguato. Faccio veramente fatica a vedere che qualche “ospite” che ha concesso il massimo della votazione possibile; probabilmente si tratta di amici. Non ho altra spiegazione
