À primeira vista, melhor do que esperava, no entanto, com o decorrer da estadia encontramos pontos negativos: o tempo de espera na recepção é de loucos, parece um serviço público português. Não é admissível que com tantos hóspedes haja apenas uma pessoa a atender de cada vez... O jacuzzi do hotel, que está incluído no preço, tem a água gelada e so fumcionam 2 saídas de ar. Logo, é quase impossível la estar. Bonito mas sem utilidade... No SPA que é pago, há tb aspetos a melhorar por isso mesmo, porque ao ser pago e dentro de um 4 estrelas, não pode ter portas a arrastar pelo chão, por exemplo, como tem no wc das mulheres. Tb existem portas de segurança que não abrem nas barras o que é muito estranho e mais estranho ainda é não haver equipamento de segurança na cozinha como extintor ou manta uma vez que tem fogão.
No entanto, a remodelação foi bem conseguida e espero que estes aspectos sejam rapidamente melhorados porque queria regressar ao hotel.

I am here at Albuferia hotel and spa at the minute. ignore the reviews as we are having a amazing time the entertainment team are amazing I don't know all the names but johnatus and Vinny are fantastic and so are you all. The bar staff in rossi bar are brilliant and friendly, the pool bar a bit hit and miss but majority are nice. Food yes can get a bit repettive but there's always something to eat. There is alot of French and they can be rude but we just be polite and get on with our holiday. We have just watched the mama Mia show it was fantastic, you should be very proud of yourselves alot of hard work to put on a great show. Our room is nice and big with a pool view and cleaned every day. The reason the coach drops you at the end of the road is they cant get down as its narrow and its not that far to walk. The reception staff have always been pleasant to me you be nice and they will be , a couple are serious but its there nature . The strip is ok in day but not for us at night . The old town is worth a visit we enjoyed it there we got a uber for about £3.49;All in all we are having a great holiday so thank you

Just returned from a amazing week at Albufeira Sol Hotel & Spa. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The hotel is spotless and staff are constantly cleaning during the day. The food in the hotel was great and we always found something to eat and drink. The pool area is lovely and it was easy to find sun beds each day. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. There was a free mini bus to the old town. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing and so much fun! We went to the ******* house during Halloween week and it was brilliant. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I came here with my mom dad sisters and brother for a week . It was the best holiday ever!! The people there were so kind I made so many friends , there is so much to do and the entertainment people were AMAZING every single one they really made it so much better . Vinnie , Rodrigo , Johnathas , Bia , Selena sorry if I don’t have them all I can’t remember but honestly they were so funny and good fun . The highlight of my holiday was the Portuguese dancing show I could genuinely watch that all day overall 10/10

Lovely holiday, friendly staff, good food, entertainment team are outstanding Selena, Vinnie, Rodrigo, Morgan, Vienna, Jonathan,Dia all of them amazing. They work so hard, daytime entertainment, evening shows, ******* house, costumes and make up. Well done to all of them.
