Fantastic hotel and location

LOCATION 5 min walk to strip , spar across the road , old town 6 min taxi ride cost £3.65 or tourist train 2 stops away. Hotel complementary bus to old town and beach every hour. Airport faro - to hotel -£29.00 BOLT FOOD BREAKFAST- Always found something continental as-well as usual, eggs toast ect. LUNCH - Pizza and fries for us ,but did have good variety. DINNER - Again we had pizza , fries and pasta. Not keen on the meats. SNACK BAR 3.30pm -6.30pm Burgers and light snacks and fries. Not that much of a variety. DRINKS - Usual spirits, cocktails on tap. POOL AREA- Plenty of sun beds , no runners in the morning, makes a difference. Area doesn’t open until 7.30 I swam early daily pool temp was 24/25 degrees daily. POOL AREA INDOOR- Didn’t use but looked decent. CHECK IN - Quick and easy. Deposit 150 euro. Refunded in 7 days. Reception staff really nice , helpful ROOM - Clean, spacious, nearest kids pool got sun in morning, if you want evening sun in balcony request a room above indoor pool or snack bar. Towels changed regularly. STAFF RESTAURANT - Staff very attentive, cleared plates when finished, always pleasant. ANIMATION- Run a good program for both adults and kids, seem to work really hard, back to back activities going on. Yoga , pool games, volleyball ect. Personally I didn’t participate , participants seemed to enjoy it. ANY THING ELSE JUST ASK

Great food choices (for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner). The Spa treatments were reasonable and we did the foot ritual and head massage - fantastic! I lived the entertainment, especially the Aqua Dance. I will come again. I had a great experience for my first stay in Portugal.

We came here for my daughters 30th Birthday Holiday 11 of us all female from age 30 to 75. Can honestly say we had the best time it’s a great hotel the rooms are lovely and very spacious large bedroom living area with sofa and small kitchen area although the hotel is all inclusive it is handy to have a fridge. We all found the food to be really good and didn’t feel the need to eat out which we have done at previous hotels in the past. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The animation team are excellent and work very hard we would all come back for sure :) The cocktails are okay not the best we have had but the wine is lovely and on tap in the restaurant i am fussy with my wine and can honestly say its the first all inclusive hotel I have been to where I loved the wine :) They have water machines to top up your water bottles and the bar staff will give you ice too take a good cup and the water stays ice cold all day :) We had amazing weather too absolutely love Portugal and hope to get back soon :) It’s also in a great location 5 mins from the strip we spent most of our time in the old town (too old for the strip lol) use bolts and Ubers they are ridiculously cheap don’t use the local taxis they are a rip off. You need to get down early for a sunbed people were down at 7.30am lying on them lol Tip: My mother needs a walk in shower the hotel only has one room with this and we were lucky to get it. All other rooms have baths.

We spent 8 days at this hotel in early May. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The check in is from 4 but we were able to get our room a bit earlier. Studios are spacious with good storage and a kitchen with tea, coffee and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned every day with fluffy towels provided. Double bed was comfy. We were all inclusive and the food was great. Really couldn't fault it in any way. Lots of choice and replenished regularly. There are snacks (cakes and fruit) and burgers provided beside the pool bar from late afternoon. The free bus provided by the hotel to the old town was a real bonus. It is a 30 minute walk if you enjoy walking or 4 euros in a taxi. The old town is very pretty with lots of bars, cafes and shops. You can also visit the Marina for nice photos. We took a local bus into Faro but you would need to take a taxi to the bus station to pick the bus up. There was entertainment at the hotel day and night and the team work really hard to keep guests entertained. The hotel is spotless and well maintained and would thoroughly recommend it for a relaxing break

Me and my wife are just home from a 4 night stay in this great hotel. It’s clean, well kept, the food is great, the staff are friendly. There’s no huge queues for the food or at any of the bars for drinks. The free shuttle bus service to the beach every hour is a nice touch too. Overall we have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I highly recommend this place
