The 4 units in the front with pool and water views NOT THE SAME. Do not accept ground floor smaller apartment with no balcony and other guests sitting 1 metre from your kitchen. Told we were on higher level and yet were given smaller ground floor for same price. A risk you run staying here ☹️

Very comfortable apartaments,clean,nice.Beautiful views from terasses. Very pleasant to spend time in those terasses . Our apartament is near the beach Atlantic ocean ,comfortable ways to get to the beach .And also it's near the centre of the old town, where are a lot of different restaurantes, suveniers and other shops. Very friendly working peoples,helping in everything.

We have just had a wonderful 4 nights in this wonderful apartment.Cannot fault it anyway.We had the bottom Apt,so quiet......just like having your own private pool Would really recommend,&would return again...Great chill out place!

Appartamento essenziale comodo per posizione peccato fosse un primo piano in quanto piani alti vista mare. Un po’ triste il palazzo e l’arredo ma dopo i primi giorni ci siamo abituate . Provvisto di phon ferro da stiro balconcino piccolo giusto per stenditoio . Insomma per dormire va più che bene . Prezzo un po’ alto ma è la località cara . Località vicine più carine ed economiche

Nous avons été trompés par l'établissement Rossio Mar à Albufeira. Nous avions demandé explicitement un appartement en étage élevé et on nous a imposé un sous-sol insalubre ( odeurs de moisi et de chlore) avec une seule pièce au rez de chaussée. L’appartement ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions demandé. Nous avons été pris par surprise en arrivant. Nous ne pouvions pas résider dans ce logement ( je suis asthmatique et mon fils aussi ) et le propriétaire refuse de nous dédommager. Nous avions réservé en septembre 2023 pour août 2024 et nous avons payé la somme de 2126 euros . Le manager et le CEO ne veulent rien entendre. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôte qui est malhonnête.
