Courtyard Albuquerque Airport

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

Great safe stay for a solo traveler. Timely shuttle pickup for a very early morning flight.

Great hotel. I felt comfortable to stay there with my elderly parents and my toddler son. We were all well rested on the beds.

Friendly staff! Nice room, comfortable bed. Pillows were lumpy and flat, water pressure in shower was very light.

The facility was undergoing renovation. It is a nice hotel located in a good area. The rate was very affordable.

Room was next to an exit door to parking lot and heard door slam. All night. Breakfast is not served late enough.

The handicap room was nice and roomy to get the wheelchair around. But the heater didn’t work.

Staff members are so friendly and helpful, perfect location for early flight the next day.

They are remodeling the front entrance and the pool is also currently underremodeling. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful
