Courtyard Albuquerque

I have back issues, so for me the stay was unpleasant. The bed was extremely soft with no support at all.

The room was dirty loose hair on floors and not very clean overall. The recent remodel was poorly done! Quality of products where not good

There are cockroaches at this hotel. I was able to kill one in the room. My niece said that one ran on her face while she was sleeping. There were some in the hallway. I let the night staff know but I was told that since I booked through a third party, all they could do was send a housekeeper to clean up the roach and spray the room, which did not happen. If you don’t mind taking roaches home with you, you may like this hotel.

Too close to freeway off ramp, could hear loud cars. As I'm a light sleeper that presented a problem but all in all nice place. Wood laminate floors instead of carpet, but floors made a noise like shoes were sticky.

was a slow time of the week for the hotel, it was very quiet and not many people/guests running around the property. Very nice and relaxing

The room was outdated and showed the wear and tear. The air conditioner made a terrible noise all night long. The indoor pool was nice and heated. The courtyard was nice to hangout in. The staff was very nice. Overall it was okay but wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was excellent! Everyone we talked to was very very friendly. Hotel was fine and food wa great but the staff and their friendliness will have us coming back to stay again.

Clean room and hotel. The pool was warms it’s shallow so it was perfect for my kids. The bartender was awesome! We really had a wonderful stay.
