Spark by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25

The parking spots were narrow and the shower didn’t have enough pressure to make us feel we were showering. But they have a large indoor pool and the place was quiet.

The room was pretty clean the staff were not necessarily nice because they didn’t seem to listen to us and the breakfast was not expected because it was surprisingly small. The outside was dirty like a lot of construction.Pretty meh

When booking this hotel think Hilton's version of Super8, bathtub knob falls off, A/C half works, rooms that smell funny, and carpet that looks like it belongs more on Bourbon Street than in a hotel (stains everywhere). For the price just go somewhere else.

Definitely an older hotel that they have attempted to refurbish. The breakfast was lacking and the rooms were ok, but not that nice or comfortable

Spacious rooms, clean, no shower, curtain, shower curtain problems, at least in my room construction there makes it difficult for finding the location and then the draining of the parking lot. There’s lots of water everywhere at least when we were there.

I was a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I'm really glad I gave it a chance. I stayed here with my two sons while we were in town for a wrestling event, and we had a great experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. We felt safe during our stay, and it was a nice place to come back to after a long day. If you're on the fence because of some of the reviews, I'd say give it a shot. Our experience was very positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was extremely warm, I’m guessing it was in the 80s when we arrived. It took about 3 hours for the room to get a comfortable temperature. We were thrown off by the window in the living room area facing into the hallway, this gave the room more of a motel feeling. The staff was very helpful, which was great. The room, beddings, towels, and furniture were very clean.

Nate was awesome when we checked in. My 10 year old grandson talked to him like he had known him forever and he obliged. Breakfast was amazing compared to a lot of other hotels. Don't change a thing; our stay was great!

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The AC in the room wasn’t working and it was very hot, and they obviously knew this because there was a fan in the room that was noisy and didn’t really work. The construction and layout and furnishings were so bad. The bathroom had unfinished construction and tile and trim. The rooms had multiple windows everywhere looking out into hallways and common spaces, and the windows had traditional curtains and nothing to keep the light out from the hallways and the outside. It was a weird layout, the bottles in the shower hadn’t been refilled, and we needed the sleeper sofa but they didn’t have any pillows for us in the room or downstairs. Breakfast wasn’t good. Would definitely not recommend and feel like we should have been offered a discount or told the room wouldn’t have AC or pillows for the additional bed. Not a good experience, very disappointed, save your money and stay elsewhere.
