Great location, very clean, missing hair dryer in the room but quickly delivered by the room services.

Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

Staff was polite but not super useful. In my opinion the staff have an idea of norms, such as parking issues, that someone not from the area understand. Asking for clarity became an inconvenience to the staff member.

I liked the friendly staff, the restaurant was convenient. though limited menu options with zero desert selections. the dining area carpet was dirty, as in not vacuumed, I moved the table where I sat and two French fries and other crumbs were exposed, apparently quite some time since the tables were cleaned underneath. dining staff was pleasant. the food was okay. walking distance to the courthouse was one of the main reasons for choosing this property. the hotel room was nice, I like the fact that the bathroom is in the back of the room and not right when you enter. one thing I was disappointed in was the absence of a sitting chair, to rest or read from while relaxing. the work station was adequate though the chair was not comfortable. driving in towards the hotel, homeless camped out on the sidewalks, only a couple of blocks from the sheriff station. disappointed in the twenty dollars a day parking. not revealed on the booking.

the rooms were old. parking was HORRIBLE. there was no breakfast. staff was nice. hotel does not acommodate gift cards as a form of payment.

Front staff was very rude, would not let us check in early but accepted plenty of other guests while we sat in the lobby for over an hour. Mind you we were in town for less than 24hours. The reservation was paid in full and when asked for access to the pool to wait for our room to be ready they denied our request. When asked to check in our room (Mountain View) after waiting and watching other guests get there keys, they said it wasn’t ready yet but we could change to the standard room. When we agree to change to a standard room and headed to the “standard room” it turned out to be the Mountain View room. We waiting in the lobby the entire time while our room had been ready. The room was great. Front desk was rude and lacked any sort of customer service.
