Just didn’t like the overall decor of hotel

You get what you pay for. Room was fine but it was aged and missing things (no hand soap for example). Property is old and outdated and in bad shape.

I don't know what happened. We've stayed here 2 times previously, and everything was excellent. Whoever was responsible for preparing room 342 for my stay on 8 May didn't do their job well. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. There were bits of paper and plastic on the floor in the bedroom, a packet of sauce from Churches Chicken, a sticker on the floor, and the bathroom sink was cracked. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and only one small plate in the kitchen...no pots, pans, cutlery. The fan that is supposed to blow cold air into the bedroom via a hole in the wall was dirty and didn't work. However, the person at the front desk got us plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and bedding. Please make a better effort so we can return to the enjoyable experiences we had previously.

The entrance area and elevator looked a little shabby, so I was surprised to see the cleanliness and good condition of my studio suite. As a solo women traveler, I felt safe. I was pleased and would stay again.

Had to switch rooms 3 different times due to them all being dirty. Horrible check-in experience!!! Would not stay again and do not recommend it!

Great room it had everything that I needed. Hallways were run down and trash in the halls were not thrown out regularly so there was stinky smells every time I left the room. Doors were so difficult to come in and out of the facility. I had to get my card fixed everyday at least 2 times a day very inconvenient. The entrances were inconvenient as well. One side had only one exit no re entry so again very inconvenient.

Overall very great rooms. Was very quiet & convenient to stay. The rooms were very clean & the check in staff was friendly. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

no parking where you can watch your vehicle, since this was a buisness trip i need that was not able to do so because the "room had been touched". all the towels and bedding smelled faintly of cigarette smoke because they do not separate the laundry correctly. it says it had been newly renovated however the calking around the toilet was not only old and cracked but yellowish brown. also you could see the mop streaks on the kitchen floor. nice idea bad execution. all in all i do not recommend and would not re book with this hotel until it is purchased by people who understand the Hotel business. thank you
