SureStay by Best Western Albuquerque East I-40

The young woman who checked me in was very kind and professional, my room smelled very musty it wasn’t pleasant I had to spray my body spray everywhere.  I do think I was the only person on the 3rd floor it was very uncomfortable considering there was not many people there, the area the hotel is has closed buildings with graffiti all over them and I was told to park where I could see my car from my room which if I had would have been the only car there, overall the bed was comfortable but I’m unsure if I would stay again not sure if it’s worth the cost.  Almost forgot what little breakfast there was me and others had to wait on because there was no one checking to see if it was out

The place was clean and they did not charge the 200 deposit just a 75 hold which was much more convenient. The breakfast was decent as they had omelets and sausages along with pancakes. Would stay here again at a reasonable price.

It was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

My only complaints are this is in a not so nice part of town and I wasn’t told until check in…it was an extra $25.00 per a pet … which would of made the price the same as staying somewhere in a nicer part of town. But the hotel was nice , and quiet , and easy to get to, close to food and easy to get back on the highway.

Nice clean room, no coffee maker, there was free continental breakfast but not much options or food...that was disappointing

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of options for everyone, and everything was fresh and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room worked perfectly for us with lots of space. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back.

The room was MOSTLY clean but did have holes in the bathroom walls where the moisture could have gotten to the paint/drywall. I found holes in the sheets, the frame creaked with every movement but the bed was comfortable enough for what we needed it for. The property seemed somewhat safe but there were homeless individuals walking around as well as people working on their cars in the parking lot. We ended up deciding to leave a night early and hopefully will get part of our stay back.

Hotel was fine, the booking states $25 a dog, I was charged $50. Hotel was clean and pretty comfortable.

The room a excellent for stay for two days, thank goodness this one was planned out unlike the from last with a different hotel which has financial issues but this one I'd say a good stay and excellent service and fine rooms for these stays, as i and many others where there for the last powwow, and again i thank you for the service for me and my partner.
