Love way this stay will definitely be blocking in the future, however wifi network never even showed as available

This place is a sh-t hole. Stay away. Room was not clean. Area near homeless. Couldn't find a room for balloon Fiesta. But found this on Priceline. Don't believe price line reviews. I made that mistake. Read Google reviews

A friend booked a room for ten days and paid for it with his credit card later when I realized I was locked out the room I went to the front desk where I was told he had not paid the bill I explained that I had given him 200 towards the bill fraudulent conversion and Rico attorneys fees and costs

Should have turned around as soon as I walked up to the entrance. Broken glass, locked doors, one of the rudest attendants I've ever spoken to. Parking lot was full of trash, best parking spot was not for handicap guests - it was for hotel staff.

I recently stayed at your hotel in Albuquerque West and was appalled by my experience. I have never seen a hotel that has had such a lack of security and cleanliness. There was blood on the bedsheets which is a biohazard and could have caused illness. There was a handprint on the wall, bullet holes in the walls, a homeless person camped outside of our door, and the door handle was hanging on by a thread. The mattress had stains all over it and all kinds of bacteria growing. We did not sleep because we were scared for our safety and decided to leave within only a few hours of checking in. The photos of the hotel were extremely misleading and we did not get the product that we thought we were paying for.
