Arrive Albuquerque

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and well appointed. Nice shower and bathroom products. The lighting in the room was dim and it is on a busy street so there was definitely some noise throughout the night. The restaurant did not open until 8:00 a.m. so that was not going to work for me as I had to be at work at 8:30. A.m.. The staff was friendly.

This hotel was fantastic. The retro look and attention to detail in the rooms made this hotel an enjoyable experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The price was also fantastic. If you are on the fence about booking, do it, as you won't be disappointed.

The facility was great.. loved the whole retro vibes. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Will stay again.

They could do with a few more staff. These staff will be able to help the guests more with their luggage to the room and on departure. Staff could be a bit more polite at Breakfast. Room needs a bigger bin rather than just one little one in the bathroom.

I’ve stayed at Arrive Albuquerque 4 times in the last year and absolutely love it. The staff is fantastic and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food and drinks are terrific, and the pool and patio are so relaxing. The location is convenient for leisure and business travelers. My family has stayed here with me and we all recommend it!

The street is very noisy until late at night, and the soundproofing is poor. I hit my leg multiple times on the poorly designed bed with sharp corners. The pool is nice, but it’s not heated. The elevator is very dirty, and the flooring is completely worn out. I was also charged $14 for a bottle of water in the room.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was all the noise at night. It’s in an area with a lot of night time activity, so it made it difficult to rest.

Property is very cute and in a nice location but staff was not very knowledgeable about the area; suggestions of breweries, restaurants, where a pharmacy might be, etc. Almost all referred us back to the hotel - which had a good bar and restaurant but we wanted to explore other options. Also bar and restaurant at the hotel closed at 9p so was a bit early for weekend in our opinion.
