Our overall experience was reasonable. Clean room (207), smelled OK, and comfortable bed. That's all I look for when traveling. This place has clearly been remodeled as everything in the room was new, but the hallways and stairwells are pretty old. Nice staff. Cereal for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Drove up to the hotel at night, the location was sketchy to say the least and the hotel looked like something from a horror movie. I guess it was fitting as it was the day after Halloween. We drove away immediately and booked another hotel. It was a non-refundable rate we so had to eat the cost.

Service was not good. Couldn’t even get assistance when I needed it. Also the breakfast was literally just corn flakes and milk.

Very poor management and staff. No ice machine, conjured bath room, very poor maintenance. Some cereal and one gallon of milk for the breakfast!!! Not even worry for a comment

The continental breakfast was cereal: froot loops and Frosted Flakes.
The bathroom door would not shut; door installation was not complete with the striker plate missing.

The girl at the front desk was very nice at check-in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Slept like a rock!!😊

We loved the location of this hotel as it was not far from where my husband needed to be, and restaurants and shopping were fairly close.

For the price it was not very good deal no ice Machines there were no phones The latch on the door was broken... The free breakfast was Cereal and a gallon of milk.It was very disappointing. I will definitely not stay at this location ever again..

Staff was terrible- I had to ask for my credit card then she asked my husband to fill out the form regarding our car as he had a load of luggage in his hands. I don’t appreciate our room number being called out with other people in lobby.
My husband had to ask to for the door to be unlocked in the morning to pack our car. She said she was in the bathroom. When I came downstairs, she was outside vaping. When I went to check out - she was on her cell phone. The exit of the hotel is uneven and we scraped our car leaving.
