Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Airport Albuquerque

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

New WiFi connection kind of funky. Daytime staff could have been more supportive. Nighttime front desk was great getting us coffee before we left at 4:30 am.

OMG! What a great staff! Originally spending one night after an 11:35PM flight the desk clerk doubled as the van driver. It’s only 7 minutes away so very convenient! Breakfast included omelets made to order. Though I didn’t have any I overheard great things. Marlene Bonilla, Jay and Daniel kept me smiling everyday. I spent all three nights in ABQ at this hotel because staff was so friendly! I put a little extra driving in for my chores but well worth it to start and end the day smiling.

Room was clean, AC was very noisy, freezer didn’t freeze. Breakfast was okay not out of the ordinary for a hotel. They did have staff member make eggs to order which was a nice touch.
