The staff was lovely, but the room smelled of cigarettes so bad I had to wash all of my clothes after just staying there one night. The area felt safe and the shower and bed were clean enough, I guess it was better than sleeping in my car. The AC unit was practically falling off the wall and smelled like an ashtray when it was running. I can’t imagine staying for more than just a quick overnight and cooking in that room seems like a health hazard.

There were roaches all over and the room had a lot of damage, no toilet paper we checked out minutes after checking in.

Not bad for the price but they do have German roaches luckily only noticed when I was leaving but if they’re able to get rid of those roaches would stay again

The front desk person was very rude. The room we were in had a roach in the bathroom, people stomping around on he upper floors all night, the comforters had stains and cigarette burns, stains on the guest towels, even as we left on the last day, the same front person still very rude.

don’t go on the 4th floor. smells like old cigarettes. nothing was clean, they didn’t even sweep before our stay. i get it’s a cheaper hotel but do better!!

The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel. We found multiple dead cockroaches on the room floor. the room, lobby and overall hotel was quite unsanitary, nothing seemed and/or felt cleaned. Upon arriving to our rooms floor, there was a pungent smell of cigarettes. The bedding was visibly stained and had multiple hairs scattered across the bedding. We checked out immediately and felt tremendously disappointed and misled by the online photos and lack of customer service. We sincerely are stunned by the sheer fact that this hotel continues to operate while being aware of its lack of cleanliness not only for its guests but for its staff as well.

It's a long term hotel geared towards people either leavving or heading towards homelessness.
We we here for the eclipse and this was last motel available. We would have been better off camping in our car.
The area is full of derelicts and filthy.
The hotel on 4th floor smells like sewage, burnt popcorn, and smoke. We had to ask for toilet paper. And the day we stayed they had left a spraying for bugs alert on the door, which made for a worrisome night sleep.

The floor was filthy. Walk around barefoot and your feet are black. Walk in socks, and you want to change socks before putting on your shoes. I mopped the floor with a wet washcloth and my foot (in shoes) and cleaned it up with a towel, and then exchanged for clean towels.
They have a stove, but no pans or utensils or drying rack. Made a trip to Goodwill, Dollar Tree, and Walmart (for a $10 toaster). I left most of the stuff I bought with the front desk; maybe they will lend them to another guest.
Only one chair, but they did get me a second chair. But most of the time we spend in our camping chairs.
No ice trays, no ice machine. They did have ice trays for the asking.
